Ros O'Loughlin

Ros O'Loughlin
Rosalyn O’Loughlin is an epidemiologist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. She joined CDC as an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer. She has a PhD in Health Services Research and a Masters in Community Health from Trinity College Dublin. Her work focuses on the prevention of respiratory diseases, with a focus on Hib and pneumococcal disease vaccines. She has experience with, respiratory disease outbreak investigations, surveillance systems and scientific research. She has previously worked extensively in refugee and emergency nutrition settings in Africa.
